By following the Cretan food tradition principles combined with our devotion to the olive tree fruit and our meticulous production practices, we have created the highest quality extra virgin olive oil (Protected Designation of Origin) of very low acidity. Our oil is the product of the hard work by generations of farmers working diligently in the olive groves in the Chania region in Crete.
Our olive tree’s fruit is harvested early and traditionally by hand, from October to early December, and is instantly processed (within 12 hours from harvest). Harvest and the production are always completed on a fixed-term basis so that our olive oils keep their freshness.
