Description
The Artemide rice variety comes from a cross between the black Venus rice variety and a long-grained Indica rice variety. It has a brown to black color and is very reminiscent of wild rice. Artemide rice is extremely tasty and has a strong and pleasant aroma. Due to its affinity with Venus rice, it is rich in antioxidants such as silicon and iron. Artemide rice goes well with cheese, fish, vegetables and mushrooms.
