Pine Tree Honey is considered of high nutritional value and this is mainly due to the large number of different substances present in its composition. These substances are dominated by metals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, etc.), which are found in large concentrations in Greek Pine Tree Honey. It crystallizes slowly, as it belongs to the forest honey category.
