Description

INGREDIENTS: Dough: Wheat flour, Eggs, Salt. Filling: Manouri Cheese, Anthotiro Cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Porcini Cream Parsley, Garlic.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not defrost the products, use directly from the freezer.

  • Add 100gr of product into 1lt slightly salted boiling water.
  • Stir slightly and periodically (avoid using metal or sharp kitchen tools to prevent damaging the product). Suggested boiling time 3 minutes.
  • Strain the pasta using strainer pot (do not pour the pasta into colander as you are accustomed to do with dried pasta) and serve with fresh melted butter or sauce of your preference.
