Description
This wine is produced from selected vineyards located in the area of Ramnista in the heart of the wine region of Naoussa. There, the viticulturist Nikos Fountis cultivates his vineyards planted with Xinomavro, an exquisite variety of Central Macedonia. Its rich tannins round after staying in a barrel, from which it gets a light woody aroma to be added to the noble aromas of Xinomavro. A typical “vin de garde”.
Special Features: Intense deep red color. Aromas of red fruits with touches of cocoa and coffee. Mouth full of well-structured tannins, rich body and good aftertaste. Wine that can be aged for a long time.
Accompanies: Grilled meats, meats with spicy sauce, as well as the traditional pies of Naoussa.
Serve at room temperature (18 ° C).
