Premium Honey Fir is the only Greek honey produced from the rare black fir trees of Mount Mainalo in Arcadia, Peloponnese. Its first name is due to its light color, a shade between pearl and vanilla.
Vanilla fir honey is harvested between early May and mid-July and is well known for its taste and low sugar concentration.
