Red dry wine “Psithiros” has ruby color with intense aromas of red berries and red fruits, vanilla, spices, hints of herbs and walnut. As a good, old wine matures, so the Silva Daskalakis winery in the prefecture of Heraklion, Crete, over the years, has acquired value, timelessness, prestige, expertise and high distinctions for its excellent varieties and quality.

In 2006 came the first ‘golden’ recognition, winning the award ‘GREAT GOLD’ in an international wine competition and at the same time, we were the first winery in Crete to achieve such an award.
